In this late depiction of the Dancers, Paola Minekov allows herself to explore the depths of blue, her signature colour. Protagonist figures are again in the service of the geometric composition, but they are given some volume here. Alluding to the power of the dancing bodies, they are stripped of the romantic costume, only describing movement and gesture as the dance at its purest. Facets we have seen at the beginning of the series are here almost fully dissolved, melting into each other, while the texture gives way to  more subtle transitions, thus emphasising the depth of the hues and the purity of the abstract motion.
