Lantern Space works with artists and manufacturers all around the world. 

Our Limited Edition Giclee prints are printed in London, UK and shipped globally.

Is it possible to return or exchange a product I bought from Lantern Space?

It is OK to change your mind! Exchanging and/or returning an item bought from Lantern Space is possible, however certain conditions need to be met. 
The item you wish to return  or exchange needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.
Please not that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons or because they have been personalised for you, unless faulty.

I have a discount code. How can I use it?

Our platform includes a field for discount codes during checkout. Lantern Space automatically readjusts the price of your purchase according to the discount amount. 
If you have any problems with your discount, please double check the conditions of the price reduction. If the problem persists, please contact us

I have a gift card. How can I use it?

Your gift card contains a unique code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value.
If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, you can click Complete order.If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be asked to choose a second payment method for the balance, before placing the order.

Can I shop in my currency?

Yes, we currently support GBP, EUR, USD and CAD currencies. When you visit our website, you will be prompted to switch to your currency, if available. You can also switch the currency in the footer of our website at any time. 

We plan to add support for additional currencies in the future. 

How can I get assistance with issues related to my order?

We can always be reached on our email and we will answer to any of your questions within 24 hours. Please contact us.

Shipping

What are the conditions for Free Shipping?

We offer Standard Free Shipping on orders above £30. For more information please refer to our Shipping Policy.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on the manufacturer’s and customer’s location. Most of our products, including limited edition art prints and original art, are delivered within 8-15 business days. However we support and work with artists, craftsmen and manufacturers of hand made and personalised objects, as well as niche luxury brands all over the world, so the production and shipping time of some items may take longer. 

We and our partners aim to deliver your order maximum of 4 weeks after it has been placed. If your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks, please contact us

Why have I received only part of my order?

Our main goal is to deliver to you as soon as possible. Depending on the purchased items, sometimes a placed order needs to be shipped by multiple artists and manufacturers. In these cases, we aim to ship as soon as the order, or part of it, is ready. 
This is why it may happen that a single order placed on Lantern Space comes in several smaller deliveries. If 4 weeks have passed since you have placed your order, please contact us here with your order number to receive more information.

Is order tracking available?

Tracking depends on the shipping service you choose at checkout.
You will be able to track your order via the shipment services we work with. Some of our items, like valuable artworks, are always shipped by courier. 
Depending on the manufacturer, order tracking may also be possible for some items on our standard shipping option.

Note of COVID-19

Because of the Corona virus pandemic and the many quarantines and lockdowns imposed in different countries, we need to revisit some of our shipments and delays may be expected. 
The majority of our items still ship as expected. However, please make sure that deliveries are possible to your location prior to placing an order. 

Availability
